Terms and conditions

• All booking require a 25% deposit. If the deposit is not given the booking is not secured.
• For insurance and safety purposes, all work must be carried out in a secure location and not on the side of the road or anywhere deemed unsafe for the work to be carried out.
• In the case of severe weather your deposit is non- refundable, but will be held and a new convenient date will be arranged.
• Every effort must be made to remove personal belongings.
• Prices shown are a guide price only. Extra charges will apply for unreasonable soiling, pet hair or any extensive mess.
• Any travelling over one hour will require a £15 per hour charge to cover fuel costs.
